1/ Create some schedule payments to fall on a non-processing day and then set
to move to next processing day
2/ Configure home page to show payments panel
3/ Open file in 4.8.0 version and make a note of any overdue payments
4/ Open file in KF5 version and make a note of any overdue payments
Expected result
1/ No overdue payments in either version
Actual result
1/ Payments shows as overdue in KF5 version but not in 4.8.0 version
