Overview:
Spectacle GUI doesn't respond to the first click after capturing a rectangular
region. This issue doesn't have influence on other capturing modes.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Take a capture of a rectangular region
2. Click any component of the GUI (save, dropdown list, etc.)
Actual Results:
No response to the first click. A second click is needed.
Expected Results:
The GUI should respond to the click as other modes.

Always reproduces. It didn't have such issue before (approx 1 or 2 months ago),
I cannot clearly remember when it started to be so.
