Use case:
Import picture of tree. Use a clone brush with a foliage brush tip. Clone from
leaves on imported picture. Paint new tree that looks organic.
Background:
To get randomness somewhat like in the pixel engine Krita should allow at least
a random rotation of the cloned image on each application. This would achieve
the foliage effect shown in the end of this video

Right now the same can be done without any randomness. The results looks too
non-random to be usable.
This could be a nice junior or SoC task maybe?
