How to reproduce :
- configure desktop
- select plain color
- apply
- select image as wallpaper type
- apply
- select pictures
Expected results :
- "apply" button should be enabled when a picture is selected
Actual results :
- "apply" button stays disabled even if another picture is selected
Additional info :
I don't know if it is the same bug, but the button is also disabled when a
picture is added ("open..." button)
