A least a "Get New Theme" button to open and easily download new Splash Screens
from the GetNewHotStuff system, like you can from all other customization
sections, should be there (i think it's the most basic of the options that
should always be present by default)!!!
I honestly don't get why this is the only sections that misses that button :(
Also, please advise if this should get a separated bug report, or if it's ok to
report it here?
