I've been trying to figure out how to use the Vector Layer for the longest
while but nothing happens when I'm in the layer. You're supposed to be able to
use the shape manipulation tool and click on the image but the guides are
appearing nor is it changing at all.
I use a computer for drawing and it'll help me so much if I can figure this
out.
