STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. enter something like _foo_
2. Click "Attach" button
3. Click "ok" in dialog that warns about rich formatting being removed
OBSERVED RESULT
dialog closed; nothing else
EXPECTED RESULT
file picker opens and richt formatting is removed
