I know using any software can be a daunting experience, so I suggest you visit https://krita-artists.org/c/support/basics-interface/40 and request politely for help. They probably are rough edges to soften and bugs to fix, but listing the issues you are having without clear steps to help developers reproduce them makes the report useless as its impossible to act upon it. Developers are wondering: Is the problem in krita? in the documentation?, the pc configuration of the user? or the user itself?
