SUMMARY
Cannot change task position in order to add a secuential task dependant on an
upper task.
Maybe secuential tasks must be nested for a clearer view.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create task 1
2. Create task 2
3. Try to move task 2 before task 1
OBSERVED RESULT
Task doesn't move.
EXPECTED RESULT
Task 2 should be above Task 1
