Issue in Dolphin 25.12.2
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Check System Monitor before connecting your phone.
2. Connect and disconnect your phone.
3. Check System Monitor after connecting your phone.
OBSERVED RESULT
The process is started to handle the connected phone, but isn't terminated
after the phone is disconnected.
EXPECTED RESULT
org.kde.kmtpd5 should only run while the devices it handles are connected.
