SUMMARY
When opening NeoChat after some time (or after suspend of a computer), and a
chat room was filled with some messages, the button "Jump to latest message"
doesn't appear UNTIL I manually scroll to the last message, and weirdly, it
only appears when I scroll to the bottom. It disappears when I scroll up a
little.
This is reproducible on both used ArchLinux installation that I have been
running for years, and fresh Archlinux VM with KDE Plasma. Running the latest
version from repositories.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Join some rooms that have activity (such as IRC-bridged rooms).
2. Turn off/suspend computer and don't login to the NeoChat from anywhere else.
3. After some messages accumulate, open NeoChat, go to the room and observe
the effects.
OBSERVED RESULT
The lack of button (until you scroll to the bottom), and jumping back to the
last message it saw before the computer was suspended.
EXPECTED RESULT
Either automatically jump to the last sent message, or provide the Jump button
and make it stay on the bottom, even when changing rooms.
