The stack trace shows only frames from the Qt library, and I can not reproduce
it here.
I assume that you might be able to reproduce a similar crash in some other
KDE/Qt application, since the stack does not reveal any kolourpaint specific
things.
The stack does not contain debug information (no source line numbers) so I even
can not check where in Qt it crashes.
If you still can reproduce it, you should install Qt debug symbols (at least
for Qt widgets) so I can analyze it.
