UI elements in a mess
SUMMARY
When run as `LANG=zh_CN.UTF-8 LANGUAGE=zh_CN:en_US:C plasma-discover`, all UI
elements like texts and images are all overlapped into the same place. The same
also happens with `LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8 LANGUAGE=ja_JP:en_US:C plasma-discover`,
but not with `LANG=en_US.UTF-8 LANGUAGE=en_US:C plasma-discover`.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run `LANG=zh_CN.UTF-8 LANGUAGE=zh_CN:en_US:C plasma-discover`
OBSERVED RESULT
UI is a mess.
EXPECTED RESULT
Normal Discover home page.
