Submitted to discussion forum yesterday. Also found a previous post from 2
weeks ago which reported similar issues on Cachy w/ an Nvidia GPU and KDE 6.6.
https://discuss.kde.org/t/panels-randomly-freeze-on-wake-from-sleep-since-6-6-update/44950

I know I'm submitting this a bit quickly relative to that discussion post but
I'm pretty confident there's little left to troubleshoot on my end now.

SUMMARY
About 1/5-1/10th of the time I wake my machine from sleep elements of my panels
will be frozen. Most commonly happens to one of the digital clocks I have at
the top of my workspace in a panel and the application launcher/task bar at the
bottom of the screen. The element itself will be stuck in a previous state
(time frozen to when the PC went to sleep, the highlight still over the app
launcher even though it's not being used) though may still respond to
interaction (clicking the dead clock still opens the calendar drop down,
clicking apps in the taskbar still opens most of the apps, though doesn't
update the taskbar to reflect the app is open, app launcher just refuses to
open when in this state though).

I have confirmed this issue occurs with a new user on my machine as well. I had
customized that new user over time to look like my current user, though have
observed this issue happening while using entirely native KDE options as well
(no Kvantum application theme, no outside widgets, no plasma styles outside
Breeze, etc.).

Using plasmashell --replace fixes everything, but I don't want to have to run
that all the time.

I never noticed this on 6.5 though haven't been able to downgrade back to 6.5
successfully to confirm this problem doesn't occur when using that either. I'd
be surprised if it was an issue then though as I'd been using the system with
that for awhile and do tend to get quite bothered by stuff like this, and do
tend to notice it fairly quickly.

I have checked recommended Nvidia suspend settings and confirmed they're all
set through Arch as I'd expect them to be already (in line with these recs:
https://community.kde.org/Distributions/Packaging_Recommendations#Proprietary_NVidia_driver_configuration).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Wake machine from sleep
2. Login

OBSERVED RESULT
About 1/5 to 1/10 wakes some panel element will be frozen on my machine.

EXPECTED RESULT
Consistent behavior, no freezes.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.23.0
Qt Version: 6.10.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: the post in the discussion forum does feature a couple
of log entries I've found which do look suspicious but haven't helped me
definitively solve anything. I'm not sure any of the log entries I've submitted
actually correspond to this problem as I'm having a heck of a time diagnosing
it through the logs.

I'm using Wayland. I have both a discrete Nvidia card and an AMD integrated GPU
but have disabled the integrated GPU at the BIOS level while troubleshooting
with no effect.
