Issue in Plasma 6.6.2
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have Animations disabled.
2. Open a widget that it's not the clock.
3. Click on the clock.
OBSERVED RESULT
The blue line seems to use another blue line than all other widgets, because
it's the only instance where you see two blue lines.
EXPECTED RESULT
"There can be only one" blue line, so this situation should be impossible,
especially with animations deactivated.
