SUMMARY

there may be 2 bugs here for one after trying this out

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings -> colors & themes -> colors
2. click on "edit color scheme" for breeze or breeze light
3. go to the options tab
4. check the first box, then uncheck it

OBSERVED RESULT

if clicking the bottom right "cancel" button you will be prompted to save your
changes even though none have happened compared to the original state

if clicking the top right "x" ssd to exit the window, no prompt will appear
(neither will there be if you do have unsaved changes)

EXPECTED RESULT

if i changed something and changed it back, have no prompt to save non existent
changes

have the ssd "x" prompt for unsaved change confirmation as well when relevant
