My laptop has an external monitor connected to it. My system timezone is set to

After the screen is turned off and then on again after a period of time, one
monitor displays GMT while the other displays the local time.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect an external monitor
2. System time zone set to non-GMT
3. Lock the screen and wait for it to turn off for a while before turning it
back on.
OBSERVED RESULT
When the screen is locked, both monitors display the correct time. After the
screen is turned off and then on again after a period of time, one monitor
displays GMT while the other displays the local time.
