SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open image with solid color interior, circle with objects inside for example
2. Select transparent in color menu
3. Use fill operation
OBSERVED RESULT
Everything within the circle is made transparent, including objects inside that
are no attached to each other or the circle.
EXPECTED RESULT
All spaces inside the circle not covered with objects should be transparent
