I can't write steps to reproduce, because it just happened and I have no idea
why, or how to fix it.
If I were to set up any app or command in the shurtcuts with Esc, I can. So KDE
recognizes it.
However, if I want to exit from browser fullscreen mode (F11) I cannot. Or just
pressing esc to get the menu in games also doesn't work. It worked 10 minutes
before and all I did installed Spectacle, then removed it hoping it will fix
it.

Session is wayland, and there is no shortcut made with "Esc"
Only the KDE's default Meta + Esc and Ctrl + Esc which I've dissabled and saved
temporary to see if it fixes but no.

I've also tried enable the swap caps lock with esc option too, and tried to use
it too but that was also a nope
