Spectacle has no ability to control monitors, so I don't think there's anything we can do about this. I'd suggest filing a bug with your Linux distribution. They might be in a better position to figure out what went wrong. Since Bazzite is based on Fedora, you might want to check recent Fedora bugs too. Just in case, double check that your monitor's power supply is strong enough. I think I've had issues (not specifically with Spectacle) with monitors turning off when too much was demanded of them on an insufficient power supply.
