SUMMARY
When adding a new screen, it becomes the primary screen - even if "primary" is
not selected in the configuration dialog.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open ksystemsettings - display configuration
2. attach a screen to your laptop, and wait for "display configuration" to
recognize it
3. configure the newly added screen (enabled, position above the laptop screen)
4. verify/note that
- "primary" is NOT selected for the newly added screen
- "primary" IS selected for the laptop display
5. click "apply"
OBSERVED RESULT
The newly added external screen becomes the primary screen (which also mans to
move the taskbar etc. to unexpected locations)
EXPECTED RESULT
As configured, the laptop screen should stay the primary screen.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This bug only happens recently, therefore it is probably a regression in
Plasma 6.6.0 or Frameworks 6.23.0.
