Pie chart missing ourline.

Details:
On Plasma 6.6.1 (Fedora 43), the Circular Gauge widget correctly displays the
numerical temperature (32°C), but the visual "pie" or "line" that should wrap
around the circle remains at zero or is invisible.

Steps to Reproduce:

Add a System Monitor Sensor widget to the panel.

Set display style to Pie Chart. Set range from 0 to 100.

Select a temperature sensor (e.g., CPU Temperature).

Observe that the center text shows "32°C" but the outer ring/line is
missing.

Actual Results:
Numerical text is present; visual gauge line is missing/empty.

Expected Results:
The visual arc should fill based on the temperature relative to the sensor's
maximum range.
