screenshot of misplaced widgets

SUMMARY
After upgrading to 6.6.0 I noticed that when I boot my system with two monitors
powered on, and later power on my 3rd one that sits to the left of the primary
one, when I receive notifications or open a widget, they appear in the
incorrect location until the 3rd monitor is powered off again.

By powered on/off I mean literally un-powered, as in unplugged. The monitor
started developing a hardware fault, and I noticed that if I mostly keep it
unplugged the fault doesn't reveal itself during my normal usage.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot system with the monitor to the left of the primary one powered off.
2. Later power on the left monitor.

OBSERVED RESULT
Witness misplaced notifications and widgets (please view attachment).

EXPECTED RESULT
Notifications and widgets appearing where expected.
