STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use flatpack version of chrome or Vivaldi
2. Go to youtube and play any HDR video
OBSERVED RESULT
The HDR is indicator is gone from the resolution picker. It only shows
resolution because the video is being displayed in SDR.
EXPECTED RESULT
The HDR indicator should be present in the resolution picker and the video
should be displayed in HDR.
