Furthermore, setting `QT_IM_MODULES="wayland;fcitx"` seems appropriate. Additionally, for proprietary Qt applications that do not include the IM module, set `QT_IM_MODULE=fcitx` explicitly. This successfully avoided the problem. But the rendering error persists, so I'm leaving this bug to open.
