            Bug ID: 516793
Summary: Cannot enter a number (e.g. number of shares) by
                    typing ".123"
    Classification: Applications
           Product: kmymoney
      Version First 5.2.2
       Reported In:
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: ux-ui
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

I'm pretty sure that I could always enter a number of shares < 1 by typing
".123" without a leading "0". Now I have to type "0.123".

I'm actually typing ",123" using the German locale where the comma is used as
decimal separator, but when starting KMyMoney with LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8 I get the
same result when typing ".123".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open ledger of an investment account
2. Create a new transaction
3. Try to enter a number of shares < 1 by typing ".123"

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens when I type "." so that after typing ".123" the number of
shares is "123" instead of 0.123.

EXPECTED RESULT
When I type ".123" (or ",123" with German locale) then the number of shares is
0.123.
