Issue in Plasma 6.6.1
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Copy an URL.
2. Paste it on Kate or Konsole.
OBSERVED RESULT
The Clipboard will randomly not allow pasting the URLs.
EXPECTED RESULT
The Clipboard should always allow the text contained within it to be pasted.
