Issue in Plasma 6.6
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Change the volume.
OBSERVED RESULT
The audio volume widget will randomly pin the volume to a specific percentage,
even if you raise maximum volume and close and open the widget.
EXPECTED RESULT
The Audio Widget should be responding.
