It would be nice if the download progress notification could only show *after*
the destination folder has been chosen.
Since Chrome already starts downloading while the destination is being chosen,
there is a possibility of the notification blocking out the Save/Cancel buttons
in the bottom right of the file dialog, if it's maximised or positioned in that
area.
