SUMMARY
When using multiple keyboard layouts, if i change the keyboard layout for
example from US-English to Spanish if i press any key within 3 or so seconds of
layout change it returns to the previous layout which in this example is
US-English.
having to pause 2 to 3 seconds between each layout change is started to drive
me mad.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use shortcut to change keyboard layout
2. Press any key
OBSERVED RESULT
Layout change back to previous keyboard layout
EXPECTED RESULT
Typing in the new layout
