SUMMARY
Since the latest plasma update 6.6.0, using a gif for a tiled wallpaper no
longer animates it.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set desktop wallpaper to tiled mode
2. Put a gif
3. Apply
OBSERVED RESULT
The gif is correctly tiled but not animated
EXPECTED RESULT
The tiled gif is animated
