SUMMARY
Panel popups/tooltips and notifications have wrong position when additional
monitor is connected/disconnected or monitors are reordered.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch plasmashell with one monitor.
2. Connect second monitor (as non-primary, position it on the left of the first
primary monitor).
3. Open notification or tooltip (hover icon or window on taskbar).
OBSERVED RESULT
Panel tooltips are on the bottom-left corner of the primary screen.
Notifications are on the top-left corner of another screen. Popups on panel has
also wrong position (including context menu and kickoff).
OSD (e.g. volume indicator) and tooltips on desktop icons are OK.
`plasmashell --replace` "fixes" the issue.
EXPECTED RESULT
Tooltips are in correct positions.
