Most kde-gear/apps should be version-synced with the release numbers being year.month.update, with feature-releases three times a year (x.4.0, x.8.0, x.12.0) and monthly maintenance updates between them. Obviously December of '26, aka 26.12, hasn't occurred yet. Furthermore, as mentioned my live-git version is reporting 26.3.70 (.70 signifying pre-beta development, IIRC .8x denotes betas and .9x are rcs), pre-26.4.0 release in April. So 26.12 is suspect both by date and by being ahead of live-git. But 25.12 is a thing and 25.12.2 was February's maintenance update.
