SUMMARY
When setting shadows to none in the default Breeze window decorations, moving
windows more often than not leaves behind flickering lines that come from the
window border, almost always from the right and bottom sides, that only
disappear after that area of the screen is updated.
I do not have any funky effects enabled.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set shadows to none in Breeze window decoration
2. Open e.g. Konsole
3. Drag the window slowly to the left and/or up
OBSERVED RESULT
Window leaves behind a trail of artifacts that flicker.
EXPECTED RESULT
Not to leave artifacts, just like when shadows are on.
