SUMMARY
If a cursor theme and a cursor size smaller than 32px is currently selected,
and the cursor theme selection is changed to a cursor with only 32px available
(i.e. there is no cursor size dropdown), the 32px cursor will be scaled down to
the smaller size.
32px is where I observed this happening, but it may occur with other sizes too.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select the Breeze cursor theme, set the size to e.g. 12px, and hit apply
2. Select a cursor theme with only 32px available e.g.
https://www.pling.com/p/2166824/ and hit apply
OBSERVED RESULT
The cursor is scaled down to 12px
EXPECTED RESULT
The cursor is 32px
