I'm not able to reproduce this in Plasma built from git-master or Plasma 6.5.5 with the Breeze themes set for Plasma and GTK. I used Syncthing-GTK and it showed the same window decorations and buttons as KDE application windows. Are you able to reproduce this bug with the Breeze GTK theme applied?
