SUMMARY
The weather report tray icon will sometimes show a question mark even if it can
properly retrieve the weather.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in to a Plasma session
2. Connect to the internet
3. Wait for the widget to update
OBSERVED RESULT
Icon displays a question mark despite weather being retrieved
EXPECTED RESULT
Icon should match the weather when opening the widget
