It's most notorious with any HDRI or picture that's 2k or more so any Skybox
that's big enough works.

The thing is that HDRIs like these are so big that they take too long to decode
(5s minimum, no matter what format they're on), and Cube's current lifespan
cycle reloads the entire skybox every single time the Cube is spawned when its
picture could be preloaded and kept in memory by KWin.

The idea is that the skybox picture could be preloaded on memory and kept
through the whole KWin session, if available memory allows, instead of
reloading it every time, which is what causes the delay on spawning the cube.
As such, Cube could just recall the preloaded picture on memory and fire up way
faster.
