Maximized apps 'sink' below panel when minimized and maximized

SUMMARY
Maximized apps extend below and 'sink' below panel when minimized and maximized

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open apps like Dolphin, Sublime Text 4, Anki
2. Maximize App
3. Minimize and Maximize App (extends by 1-2px per cycle of
minimizing/maximizing)

OBSERVED RESULT
The dimensions of the maximized window increases at the bottom and will 'sink'
below. I think it extends by 1-2px per cycle of minimizing/maximizing. Bug
still is present even when the panel is placed at the top. This is particularly
annoying in Okular as the search bar is at the bottom. In a lengthy reading
session, and multitasking, the search bar is effectively hidden.

EXPECTED RESULT
The dimensions of the maximized window still remains the same and the bottom
part of the window does not 'sink'

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora Linux 43
KDE Plasma Version: 6.5.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.22.0
Qt Version: 6.10.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I think I noticed this appear a few versions ago but couldn't reproduce it. I
just now isolated and reproduced it.
I have disabled all of my KWin Scripts and it still persists
I'll try to update to the latest versions and see if bug persists
