STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Shift+Del a item.
OBSERVED RESULT
A notification about the item's deletion appears, but although it's timed; it
doesn't have the line of light to measure how time there is until the
notification fades away.
EXPECTED RESULT
The line of line should be there to indicate how much time the notification has
from fading away.
