I found an old Logitech keyboard (PS/2 internet keyboard with similar media
keys): the keys are working with it.
Your Keychron K2 Pro keyboard seems to be a wireless model.
So the problem could be related to USB bus or my specific keyboard?

The shortcuts are all correct in my config panel, I didn't change the default
ones.
The extract from my ~/.config/kglobalshortcutsrc match perfectly (the "kmix"
section is more relevant I think):
