STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Pin the Application Menu.
2. Reboot.
OBSERVED RESULT
The pin is there after rebooting, but the widgets are closed, which might lead
to confusion.
EXPECTED RESULT
The pinned section should either:
1- Reopen themselves when starting the session.
2- Lose their pins on end of sessions (I don't like this one).
