I've searched through tons of bug reports and forum posts online for some permanent fix, but to no avail. Here's all the info I've gathered from it though: Problem: • Disables: space to pan, shift+space to rotate, ctrl+space to zoom, shift to change brush size, mouse scroll wheel to zoom, right-click for brush wheel. • Oldest known report of seemingly the same bug is with Krita 4.0.3-prealpha, in 2020: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=419000 Causes: • Happens when the app loses focus in some way, such as switching to another app, opening a menu like the save menu / new document, or pressing the Windows key. • Doesnt always happen consistently. • Happens on Windows 10/11 and MacOS, seemingly not in Linux. • Happens to my non-touchscreen laptop with no other device connected. Fixes: • Can be temporarily fixed by restarting the app or pressing Ctrl+shift+del then Esc (Windows only im guessing). • Can be sometimes temporarily fixed by pressing f3 for layer properties, clicking the layer docker, or seemingly at random. • Some people reported that they permanently fixed it by changing the tablet input API from WinTab to Windows Ink, or deleting and re-adding the corresponding shortcuts, but it doesnt fix it for me. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
