--- Comment #32 from Steve Franks <[email protected]> --- I turned on the debug option and set the environment variable QT_LOGGING_RULES to digikam.*=true;digikam.dimg.jpeg=false. The latest log from my laptop is attached, it shows that startup time is now about 3 minutes, which is slower than my PC, however the PC has database and photos on internal SSDs, so I would expect it to be a bit faster.
