SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In Dolphin, locate a media file with a question mark (?) in it's filename,
for example Dad's Army - s04e11 - A. Wilson (Manager)? {imdb-tt0552273}.mp4
2. Double-click the file in Dolphin to open it in dragonplayer
3. dragonplayer starts but has the error banner "Could not open file".

OBSERVED RESULT
dragonplayer starts but has the error banner "Could not open file". However, if
the file is renamed to not have the question mark (?) then it opens fine.

EXPECTED RESULT
File should open fine regardless of its filename.
