SUMMARY
Sometimes Kickoff becomes broken and it never shows up afterward. The light
blue square does appear on its icon but I don't actually see it.
I cannot reproduce it reliably but it happens at least twice a day. Killing
plasmashell process and restarting its widgets fixes it temporarily.
I think other task menu widgets like "Hidden Items" is also affected but I
wasn't able to confirm it yet.

It should behave normally.
