[ark] [Bug 455467] Ark attempts to unpack a .rar file despite unrar not being installed. Gives a generic error instead of requesting the unrar package to be installed.

Same here. The "RAR plugin" is checked with grey (unable to disable) yet the
Ark failed to extract RAR if the user don't have unrar. Can't you include it to
this "RAR plugin" itself, or let the user disable it if unrar does not exist?
