Hi Gilles and Maik,

Apologies for the late reply - I now used the
`digiKam-9.0.0-20251227T190039-Qt6-x86-64.appimage` file
https://files.kde.org/digikam/ and I can confirm the bug is solved & I'm able
to confirm detected faces for the problematic HEIF files.
