[plasmashell] [Bug 506792] "Recent Files" in Application Launcher and KRunner contain entries, that no longer exist, and is slow to pick up new entries.

Confirmed in plasma 6.5.4, even after deleting the user's .cache directory and
rebooting one of these phantom file entries persists in KRunner somewhere
