SUMMARY
Native apps, such as konsole, dolphin and others make everything freeze for a
brief time before unfreezing again. Can't move the mouse and can't see anything
else update visually whilst it freezes
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Maximizing almost any window
OBSERVED RESULT
brief freeze on everything
EXPECTED RESULT
no freeze at all

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This most likely isn't a downstream issue, since I could also experience it on
arch a while ago and I should also maybe mention that it doesn't happen on
debian, which probably means it only happens on newer versions of Plasma.
